Brand Guide

Appliance Repair by Brand: Find Your Name Below

We repair 15 brands, from everyday household names to premium built in lines. Each card shows what we repair for that brand and what we check first. Open a brand page for more detail, or call and tell us the name on your appliance.

Household Brand

Whirlpool Repair

Whirlpool refrigerators, washers, dryers, and dishwashers are everywhere in North Texas homes. We hear the same complaints often: a washer that will not drain, a fridge that warms up, a dryer with no heat. We test to find the failed part and tell you the price before work starts.

Household Brand

GE Repair

GE units show up in homes of every age, from older ranges to newer Profile and Cafe lines. We read the model and serial plate first because parts can differ between production years. You get a clear diagnosis before any part is ordered.

Cooling and Cooking

Frigidaire Repair

Frigidaire is part of the Electrolux group, so designs and parts often overlap, which helps us bring the right part the first time. We repair Frigidaire refrigerators, freezers, ranges, and dishwashers, testing cooling, igniters, and controls before we replace anything.

Laundry Focus

Maytag Repair

Maytag is best known for washers and dryers, so that is where most questions start. We check the drain pump, belt, door switch, and heating parts, then explain what failed in plain words. We also repair Maytag dishwashers and refrigerators.

Home Appliance Brand

Amana Repair

Amana kitchen and laundry appliances use straightforward designs, which keeps a correct diagnosis quick when you have the model number. We repair Amana ranges, refrigerators, washers, and dryers. This page covers home appliances, not Amana heating and air units.

Store Brand

Kenmore Repair

Kenmore is a store brand, and different companies have built it over the years. The first three digits of the model number point to the real maker, which tells us which parts fit. Read us that number when you call and we plan the right parts.

Smart Controls

Samsung Repair

Samsung appliances use sensors, boards, and display codes, so the code on your screen is where we start. A 5E on a washer points to the drain system, and we test the pump and hose before replacing anything. We also repair Samsung refrigerators, ice makers, and dryers.

Smart Controls

LG Repair

LG washers, dryers, and refrigerators rely on motors, sensors, and error codes. An OE on the display means the washer cannot drain, so we check the pump, filter, and drain path. We also repair LG combo units and tell you what failed before you decide.

German Brand

Bosch Repair

Bosch is best known for quiet dishwashers, so we plan around those. An E24 code usually points to a drain problem, and E15 means water in the base pan, so we check the pump, filter, and leak sensor first. We also repair Bosch washers, refrigerators, and ovens.

Swedish Brand

Electrolux Repair

Electrolux builds refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ranges with modern electronic controls. We read the model plate, test the control or sensor behind the fault, and replace only the part that has failed, so you do not pay for guesses.

Premium Brand

KitchenAid Repair

KitchenAid appliances are often built into finished cabinets, so we plan extra time and protect your counters and panels. We repair KitchenAid dishwashers, refrigerators, wall ovens, and cooktops, not stand mixers. Gas units get a safety check.

Luxury Cold Storage

Sub Zero Repair

Sub Zero refrigerators and freezers are built in, and many models use separate cooling systems for the fresh food and freezer sides. We check airflow, fans, controls, and ice makers first, and we take care around panels and cabinetry.

Pro Style Cooking

Viking Repair

Viking ranges and cooktops are pro style, with heavy burners, convection ovens, and strong ventilation. We repair burners, igniters, oven heating, and range hoods, and every gas unit gets a safety check before we leave.

Luxury Built In

Thermador Repair

Thermador builds ranges, cooktops, wall ovens, and hoods with features such as its five point burner design. We test ignition, heating elements, and control boards on built in units, run a gas safety check on gas models, and explain the fault before we order a part.

Luxury Cooking

Wolf Repair

Wolf is known for dual fuel ranges, wall ovens, and cooktops with red control knobs. We repair Wolf burners, igniters, oven heating, and controls, run a safety check on every gas unit, and plan extra time so your cabinets and counters stay protected.

Before You Call

How to Find Your Model Number

The model number lets us match the right part to your brand. It is usually on a sticker or a metal plate. These are the places we look first.

Refrigerator and freezer

Look on the inside wall or ceiling of the fresh food section, or on the door frame. On some units it sits on the back.

Washer

Check the door frame on a front loader, under the lid on a top loader, or on the back panel.

Dryer

Open the door and look at the inside edge of the door frame or the drum opening.

Dishwasher

Look on the side edge or the inside rim of the door, or on the side of the tub.

Oven, range, and cooktop

Check the frame behind the oven door or the storage drawer. On a cooktop it is often on the underside.

Microwave and range hood

Look inside the door frame, on the back, or on the inside wall of the hood.

Cannot find it? Take a photo of any sticker you see and read us the numbers, or call and we will help you look. The brand name and the appliance type are enough to start.

Why It Matters

What Changes From One Brand to the Next

Two appliances can do the same job and still be built very differently. These are the details that shape every repair.

Parts follow the model

A part that fits one washer may not fit another from the same maker. We match parts to your brand and exact model number.

Codes mean different things

A code on one brand does not mean the same as a code on another. Tell us the brand, the appliance, and the code on the display.

Built in units need extra care

Panel ready refrigerators, wall ovens, and pro style ranges sit in finished cabinets, so we plan the visit with extra time.

Warranty rules differ

Some warranties say who may repair the unit. Check your papers first, or ask us when you call.

Questions & Answers

Appliance Repair Brands FAQs

Quick answers about brands, model numbers, and parts. Do not see yours? Contact us or call (214) 771-7103.

Which appliance brands do you repair?

We repair 15 brands: Whirlpool, Samsung, LG, GE, Frigidaire, Maytag, KitchenAid, Kenmore, Amana, Electrolux, Sub Zero, Viking, Thermador, Wolf, and Bosch. Each one has its own page.

Do you repair Kenmore appliances?

Yes. Kenmore is a store brand, and different companies have built Kenmore appliances over the years. That is why the model number matters. It tells us what is really inside, and which parts fit. See our Kenmore repair page.

Do you repair high end brands like Sub Zero, Wolf, Viking, and Thermador?

Yes. These built in lines often sit in finished cabinets, so we plan extra time and take care around panels and counters. Gas units get a safety check. See the pages for Sub Zero, Wolf, Viking, and Thermador.

Does the brand change how you find the problem?

The steps are the same: listen, measure, test, and find the failed part. What changes is the detail. Parts, error codes, and the way a unit comes apart differ from brand to brand. Knowing the brand and model lets us bring the right parts the first time.

Can you read error codes on Samsung and LG appliances?

Yes. A code is a clue that points to a system, such as the drain, the sensor, or the heater. We test the part behind the code and do not replace parts on a guess. Write down the code and when it appears, and tell us when you call.

How do I find my model number?

Look for a sticker or metal plate. On refrigerators it is often inside on a wall. On washers it is often on the door frame or under the lid. On dryers and dishwashers it is often on the door frame or the door edge. Take a photo of it and read us the numbers, or call and we will help you look.

Will an independent repair affect my warranty?

Possibly. Coverage from the maker can limit who is allowed to do the repair, so read your paperwork before you book. We work independently of every brand, which is why we cannot speak for a particular plan.

What if my brand is not on your list?

Call us and tell us the brand and the problem. We will say honestly whether we can help, and we will not book a visit we cannot do. You can also see all of our appliance repair services.

Can you fix an older appliance from a brand that has changed or closed?

Often, yes. It depends on whether parts are still available for the model. We tell you what we find and give you an honest opinion about whether the repair makes sense before you decide.

Do you carry parts for every brand?

Parts are chosen by brand and exact model. Many common ones travel with us, and when one has to be ordered we say so on the spot and set the next visit.

Do you repair built in and panel ready appliances?

Yes. Panel ready refrigerators, wall ovens, and built in dishwashers need extra care because the finished panels and cabinets must stay unharmed. Tell us how the unit is installed when you call so we can plan enough time.

How fast can you come for my brand?

We book the soonest visit we have open, and many calls are same day when openings allow. The brand does not change the schedule. Call (214) 771-7103 and a person will take your details.

What should I have ready when I call about my brand?

Note the maker, the kind of appliance, and the model number when it is within reach. Describe the symptom and any code so the right parts can be lined up first.

Do you sell new appliances or recommend one brand over another?

No. We focus on repair, and we are not tied to any brand. If your appliance is old and the repair is large, we tell you honestly when replacing may make more sense. We do not push one name over another.
